Great questions! I probably would be quite annoyed if that happens to me because I do not expect a human being to act like a computer.
The video actually brought back feelings of agitation i have had whilst using some websites, Sometimes you just want to buy something quickly, not become a member, not give out personal details, not create another password to remember.
And also…………………….. should internet companies really charge for delivery – how else are they going to get the goods to you – what choice do we have?
